TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Booking and Payment: To book our services, you will need to pay a deposit or full payment as per the payment schedule provided by us. Your booking is confirmed only when we receive the payment. The balance payment is due before the start of the tour.
2. Cancellation and Refund: If you cancel your booking, you will be subject to cancellation fees as per our cancellation policy. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations. In case of any cancellation from our side, we will refund the full amount paid by you.
3. Changes and Modifications: If you wish to make any changes or modifications to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply. Changes made within 30 days of the start of the tour are subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to your failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
5. Health and Safety: We recommend that you consult your doctor before traveling and take all necessary precautions to ensure your health and safety during the tour. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to your failure to take appropriate health and safety measures.
6. Liability: We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to acts of nature, terrorism, or any other events beyond our control. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage caused due to your negligence or violation of local laws and regulations.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as per the laws of the country where the tour takes place.
